Woodtrends Basic ceiling panels feature a genuine wood veneer
on a MDF substrate with a generic balancing veneer on the back
side. The Basic is a lay-in style panel with a tegular edge
detail designed for installation in a standard intermediate duty
15/16" or 9/16" T-grid. State of the art CNC machinery produces
round or elongated perforations to achieve optimum acoustical
results.
This panel is also available using linear grooves,
similar to the Topline panels, with a perforated back side for
acoustical results. Where design dictates, non-perforated reflective panels
are also available. As on all of our panel systems, Woodtrends
shows the veneers natural beauty by applying
two coats of a clear UV-polyacrylate lacquer.
